The molecule is delivered in a sealed cartridge, inside a refillable anodised aluminium pen. It is not an accessory to add on: it is the other way of ordering the same reference, at its own price.
Is this growth hormone?
No. It is the signal that triggers it, not the hormone itself — and the distinction is not cosmetic: what is studied here is the pathway the body already uses. What was measured are hormonal markers, not a clinical improvement.
The body has its own command signal for growth hormone. This reference exists to study it. A placebo-controlled trial published in an endocrinology journal measured, in healthy volunteers, a rise in those hormone markers over several days. Those are markers, not a demonstrated clinical improvement.
CJC-1295 without DAC is a synthetic analogue of the first twenty-nine amino acids of GHRH, the hormone that triggers growth-hormone release. "Without DAC" means it lacks the group that, in the other version, extends its presence in the blood.
GHRH acts on a specific pituitary receptor. A short analogue makes it possible to study that pathway without reproducing the duration of action of the whole hormone.
Proposed mechanism: binding to the GHRH receptor. The short half-life is a property of the molecule, not a demonstrated advantage.
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial published in 2006 in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism measured, in healthy adults, GH elevations of 2- to 10-fold and IGF-1 elevations of 1.5- to 3-fold, lasting 9 to 11 days after a single dose. These are hormonal markers measured in healthy volunteers — not a demonstrated clinical benefit.
